After breakfast drive to Sylhet. The six hours road journey to Sylhet provides you with a wonderful natural view of countryside, village markets and crossing several bridges over the wide rivers. Morning visit Jaflong, one of the most adventurous tourist spots in Sylhet division. It contains awesome natural beauty. During the rainy season torrents of water can be seen gushing down the mountain forming small waterfalls. There is an enormous beautiful waterfall on the way of Sylhet to Jaflong. Explore the lifestyle of local Tribe Khasia in Jaflong. Zero point of Jaflong is located in this river. Visit to Khasia Palli Tea Garden will give you chance to discover the journey of tea from tea to the cup. Visit Lalakhal, an extension of Meghalaya ranges, is a beautiful natural area covered with hills, natural forests, tea gardens, and rivers. Morning take a short drive to Srimangal, famous for its scenic beauty. Hills covered with evergreen forests and carpeted with tea gardens offers you natural beauty at its best. Enjoy the seven color tea here. Later visit Monipuri Tribal village and witness the traditional lifestyle of Manipuri tribal. Stay overnight at Srimongal.
Morning check out and drive to explore the Lawachara Rain Forest a reserved forest and sanctuary, it has numerous century old trees which can be seen through a short trek. The area is rich in wild animals, some of which are Cape Languor, Slow Loris, Yellow Throated Martin, Hoolock Gibons, Asian Black Bear, Rock Python. The attractive birds like Oriol, Barbet, Hornbills, Fork Tails, and Laughing Thrasher with the high profile symphony of small insects will absolutely absorb you in serene atmosphere. Lunch at local restaurant. After that drive back to Dhaka. Arrive Dhaka by late evening to check in at the hotel. Stay overnight at Dhaka.
After breakfast visit the attractive Sadarghat river port crowded with different type of boats and crafts. Every day hundreds and thousands of passengers are transported by motor launches to and from this river port. You can find here the heritage paddle wheel Rocket steamer built during British colonial period, still in service and playing very important role for safe transport. Visit the wonderful historical Ahsan Manzil - the palace of Muslim Nawab, Star Mosque and the historical Curzon Hall of Dhaka University.
Afternoon drive to Sonargaon (30 km) the old capital of Golden Bengal. The city was under Turkish Sultanate during 1280 AD. The main attractions of Sonargaon of today are ruins of Panam the dead city, Goaldi Mosque of Sultanate period and the rich Folk Art Museum with the panoramic lake and gardens. Drive back to Dhaka for overnight stay.
After breakfast transfer to airport for flight to onwards destination.
