From Delhi, you will be transferred to the domestic airport to catch flight for Ahmadabad. On arrival, you will be driven to Bandhavgarh. On way, you will visit Velavadar sanctuary which harbors special kind of antelopes of Indian origin known as Black Buck. Black Bucks are very graceful to look at and have circular horns. The beauty of this rare animal is the reason the Sanctuary of Velavadar is visited the most by all kinds of tourists.
Later you will visit Bandhavgarh National Park which is a zenith as far as Tiger sightings are concerned. Spread over a vast area of 105 sq km, Bandhavgarh was declared a national park in 1968. The park has a huge breeding population of Leopards, and diverse species of deer. The highest density of Bengal tigers known in the world is found in Bandhavgarh. Tourists are restricted to an area of 105 sq km of the park, richest in terms of biodiversity and known as the Tala range. Magdhi, Kallwah, Khitauli and Panpatha are the other four ranges into which the park has been divided.

After early morning breakfast, you will be driven to Gir forest national park and wildlife sanctuary. Spread over a massive expanse of 1412 sq km, it was established in the year 1965. After British viceroys brought to attention of the Nawab of Junagadh the plight of the lion in Asia he started efforts to protect the park and hence its inhabitants. This sanctuary is the gem of Gujarat's ecological resources. The ecosystem of Gir, with its diverse flora and fauna, is a perfect destination where many wildlife travelers meet their dream of capturing the most exotic wildlife photographs.
Overnight will be spent at the lodge.
After early morning breakfast, you will embark on a jeep safari for wildlife viewing. Gir is the last domicile of the Asiatic lion and has a prosperous population of panther (leopard), sambar, chital (spotted deer), nilgai (blue bull antelope) and wild boar. Gir is also one of the chief habitats of the world's only four-horned antelope - chousingha and chinkara (Indian gazelle) that are hard to spot in the teak woods. Jackal, striped hyena, jungle cat, rusty-spotted cat, langur, porcupine, black-naped Indian hare are among the other mammals of Gir. But during your stay in the forest you must follow certain rules and regulation. Do not try to disturb the natural harmony by any means.
Later, relax in the evening enjoying the natural sounds of the animals.
Overnight will be spent at the lodge.
The fourth day is reserved exclusively for bird watching. After early morning breakfast, you will leave the lodge for an exciting expedition.
Among the many birds of the park, crested serpent eagle, changeable hawk eagle, Bonneli's eagle, shaheen peregrene falcon, laggar falcon, shikra, painted sandgrouse, quails, black-hooded and golden oriels, Asian paradise flycatcher, tickell's blue, red-throated verditer and Asian brown flycatchers, yellow-crowned, brown-capped pygmy, black-rumped flameback woodpeckers, coppersmith barbet, common, lesser pied and white-throated kingfisher, blossom-headed parakeet, hoopoe, black, ashy and white-bellied drongos, rufous treepie, large cuckoo shrike, small minivet, red-vented and white-eared bulbul, tawny-bellied, yellow-eyed, jungle and large grey babblers, grey-breasted, ashy, rufous-fronted, plain, jungle and graceful prinias, zitting cisticola, clamorous reed-warbler, booted warbler, greenish warbler, lesser and Hume's warbler, orphean warbler and blyth's reed warbler, are among the many birds that could be spotted here.
Later in the evening relax at the lodge.
On the fifth day you will be driven to Zainabad in the Little Rann of Kutch. With its huge area of 4950 sq km, this wildlife sanctuary place itself among the largest wildlife sanctuaries of the country. It has been declared as the Indian Wild Ass Sanctuary for the conservation of the Indian Wild Ass (Khur). In the evening you will visit Nawa Talao. During winters, demoiselle and common cranes assemble in large flocks near the lake.
Overnight stay will be at your pre booked hotel.
After breakfast, you will head on for a full day excursion of Little Rann of Kutch. The wildlife of the region is constituted by Gazelle, Blue Bull, Wolf, Indian Foxes, Jackal, Jungle Cat, Hare, etc. The sanctuary is blessed with equally beautiful bird species like Laggar Falcon, Spotted & Indian Sandgrouse, Flamingoes, Francolin Partridge, Desert Larks, Houbara Bustard, Bustard Quails, Desert Wheatear, Short Toed Eagle, Steppe Eagle, Imperial Eagle, Storks, Ducks, Cranes and Pelicans.
Overnight will be at the hotel.
Seventh day, the last day of this lion safari in India, will fill your bag with unforgettable memories of the tour. From Zainabad you will be driven to Ahmadabad. You will be transferred by our representative to the airport to catch flight for either Delhi or Mumbai.
